Payment Policy & Procedure

 

2010-2011

 

Registration Fee:
There is a non-refundable registration fee of $200.00 required with each new application to secure a space in our program.

Deposits:
A non-refundable deposit of $200.00 is required of returning students to secure a place for the next school year. This deposit will be deducted from the September tuition fee.

Tuition Fees:

Our school year runs from September 1 to June 30, 7:00AM to 6:00PM, with the exception of closings for major holidays, inclement weather and semester breaks.  Please check our current school calendar for exact dates.

Infants and Toddlers (4 months–30 months) Full Days              $1,200.00 monthly

                (There is no half day fee schedule for Infants and Toddlers)

 

Preschool – Kindergarten (30 months–6 years) 5 Full Days         $900.00 monthly

 

Preschool – Kindergarten (30 months–6 years) 5 Half Days        $500.00 monthly


** Our Summer Session will run from July 5–August 19, 2011.  Please call school for fee schedule.
                                                                                        

 

Discounts:

A 10% discount is allowed for the 2nd and 3rd child enrolled, within the same school year, from the same family. The children must be natural, legally adopted or foster children living in the same home, with the same parent(s).

Late Pick-up Fees:
There is not a late pick-up fee. In emergency situations we are happy to help but repeated or chronic tardiness is not acceptable. Parents are asked to call as soon as a delay is anticipated.
